FAQS
GENERAL
How do I clean my sign?
Clean your Signee® sign with a soft cloth and, if needed, warm soapy water. Do not use chemical cleaners, window sprays (such as Windex), or any product containing bleach or ammonia — these can damage the powdercoat finish and degrade vinyl graphics.
Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive products — this includes window cleaners such as Windex, spray-and-wipe products, and any cleaner containing bleach or ammonia. These can damage the powdercoat finish and degrade vinyl graphics over time.
For vinyl-cut graphics, avoid scrubbing directly over the edges of the vinyl. A gentle wipe in the direction of the graphic is sufficient.
What’s the difference between a blank sign and a branded sign?
A blank sign ships with a clean panel face and no graphics applied. A branded sign has your logo or text cut and applied in vinyl by our team before it ships, arriving ready to install. Blank is the right choice if you have a vinyl supplier or signwriter. Branded is the right choice if you want the sign to arrive ready to go up.
Branded signs are shipped with your logo or text already applied in vinyl-cut graphics. You upload your artwork at checkout, we cut and apply it in our studio before dispatch, and the sign arrives ready to go up. The only thing left to do is mount it.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes — volume discounts apply automatically at checkout with no code required. For orders of 10 or more units, contact wholesale@signee.com.au for a quote.
- 1–2 units: full price

How do I install my sign?
Installation method depends on the product. Blade signs are wall-bracket mounted. A-frames and pole signs are freestanding and require no installation. Henry mounts to glass doors or any flat surface with adhesive tape. Lottie uses a keyhole bracket wall mount. Full details per product are below.
- Blade signs (Flossy, Theodore, Mini Flossy, Mini Theodore): Wall-bracket mounted. Mark your fixing points, drill into the wall surface, and attach the bracket with appropriate fixings for your wall type. The sign panel clips onto the bracket. A drill, a level, and appropriate wall fixings for your surface are all you need.
- A-frames (Winnie, Walter, Mabel): Freestanding — no installation required. Place them where you need them.
- Henry: Adhesive tape mounting. Clean the surface thoroughly, peel the backing, and press firmly for at least 60 seconds. Works on glass doors, windows, timber, and painted surfaces. No drilling required.
- Stanley: Freestanding with a weighted base. No installation required.
- Lottie: Keyhole bracket wall mounting. Mark and fix two keyhole anchors to the wall using appropriate fixings for your wall type, then hang the lightbox onto the brackets. Plug into a standard power point. No electrician required.

Can I order a sign without graphics and add them later?

If you’d like us to apply your graphics before shipping, simply select the branded option at checkout and upload your artwork file. See our Artwork Requirements page for accepted file formats.

Use this to check placement, scale, and overall appearance. If you have questions about how your specific artwork will translate, email hello@signeesigns.com.au before ordering.
