Where we ship

Signee® ships to all states and territories across Australia, including metro and regional locations. All orders are dispatched from our North Melbourne studio.

Lead times

All lead times are approximate.

• Blank signs (no graphics): 1–2 business days to dispatch for all products except Walter
• Walter — Aluminium A-Frame (blank): approximately 2 weeks to dispatch
• Signs with vinyl-cut graphics: add approximately 2–3 business days to the above

Dispatch times are in addition to your carrier’s standard delivery timeframe, which varies by location. You will receive a tracking notification when your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, Australia-wide. No additional charges at checkout.

In-store collection

All Signee® products are available for in-store collection at our North Melbourne studio. Contact us at hello@signeesigns.com.au to arrange.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@signeesigns.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the damage. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy — replacement, repair, or refund — for goods that arrive faulty or not as described.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on blank or branded orders. All Signee® products are made to order and we are unable to resell returned goods. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you have questions about a product before ordering, contact us at hello@signeesigns.com.au.

Installation damage

Signee® is not liable for damage caused during or after installation. This includes damage resulting from improper wall fixing, unsuitable mounting surfaces, exposure to conditions outside the product’s stated use environment, or physical impact after delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the product is installed correctly and on a suitable surface. Branded orders

Orders that include vinyl-cut graphics are produced to your specification and cannot be returned unless the product arrives faulty or the graphics have been applied incorrectly. Please ensure your artwork is correct before submitting. See our Artwork Requirements page for file format guidance.
